Dear Members:

With the announcement from the Government of Ontario of the return to Step 2 on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 12:01am, all indoor recreational and sporting activities are closed until at least Wednesday, January 26, 2022 subject to COVID 19 modeling and trends.

The following is what this means for Port Credit Figure Skating Club:

1. StarSkate including Junior Development, Introduction to Development and Learn to Figure Skate will receive a credit for the closure period starting Wednesday, January 5, 2022 until at least Wednesday, January 26, 2022 or until further notice.

All skaters will automatically receive a credit for any sessions missed only due to the closure.

Prior to the closure, regular JD, Intro to Dev, Learn to Figure Skate and StarSkate sessions will continue on Monday, January 3rd and Tuesday, January 4th 

1. PreCanSkate, CanSkate and Older Teen / Adult CanSkate – All sessions starting on Monday, January 3, 2022 will be paused at least until Wednesday, January 26, 2022 or until further notice.  

All skaters will automatically receive a credit for any sessions missed only due to the closure. 

Only PreCanSkate, CanSkate or Older Teen / Adult CanSkate skaters wishing to withdraw and receive a refund have until Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 11:59pm to submit a request to registrar@portcreditfsc.ca.  Refund requests will not be accepted after this date. 

If you choose to withdraw after Wednesday, January 12, 2022 and wish to re-register for skating at a later date, your children will need to join the waitlist  

Refunds and Credits will be processed once the re-opening date has been determined.
